TAWLA Trains Kisarawe Youths

In implementing a project aimed at increasing equal participation of women and men at decision-making levels especially on land matters, Tanzania Women Lawyers Association (TAWLA) has been conducting trainings to youths from different villages of Kisarawe district council.

The trainings are based on increasing their understanding of the passed by-laws to ensure that they are implemented and bring about positive change in their villages. They also train them on land issues.

It should be remembered that TAWLA facilitated the passing of these by laws to almost 66 villages of Kisarawe district.
