NGOs Quarterly Meeting with the Registrar of NGOs in Tanga

Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) form an integral part of the development partners. Their work compliments governments efforts in providing social services to the people. And in doing so, NGOs have been working closely with government institutions to ensure that their work is inline with the governments priorities.

The Registrar of NGOs conducts quarterly meetings with registered NGOs after every three months to learn of their work and challenges they encounter in the implementation of their work. In doing so, the Assistant Registrar of NGOs held a quarterly meeting in Tanga where our Regional Coordinator in Tanga, Ms. Mwanaidi Kombo participated. This meeting was graced by the Tanga District Commissioner, Hon. Hashimu Mgandilwa.
