Capacity and Sustainability of TAWLA

Strategic Objective 6: Strengthen Capacity and Sustainability of TAWLA.

TAWLA carries out activities to strengthen the organization capacity. These include the establishment and continued implementation of short course scholarships to build the capacity of TAWLA staff lawyers.

 

The other has been conducting refresher trainings to women lawyers on the different thematic areas for example: constitutional drafting, child labour and juvenile detainees, land Investment, Sexual Reproductive Health Rights and approximately two hundred members have been trained.

TAWLA conducts annual program review for program staff and include team building training.

The organization have the Monitoring and Evaluation System which showcases project progress and generate report that contribute to transparency and accountability, and allows for lessons to be shared more easily.
